Viewing your completed module answers
Your completed module answers are saved in ConnectWell and can be reviewed anytime you're logged in. Visit your My Tools page and scroll to the bottom to find My Completed Modules.
Why can't I print or download my answers?
Printing and file downloads aren't currently available for ConnectWell modules. If you'd like an offline copy of your answers, screenshots or copying and pasting your text are the best alternatives.
Copying and pasting your answers
You can copy text from your module answers and paste it into another app — like Notes, Word, or a message to yourself.
On mobile: Press and hold on the text you want to copy until a menu appears, then tap Copy. Open the app you want to paste into, press and hold, and tap Paste.
On desktop: Click and drag to highlight the text you want, then press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac) to copy. Paste it using Ctrl + V or Command + V.
Taking a screenshot of your answers
A screenshot saves an image of whatever is on your screen — including your module answers. Once saved, you can find it in your photos or downloads folder anytime, even without internet access.
On iPhone: Press the side button and the volume up button at the same time. On older iPhones with a home button, press the side button and the home button at the same time.
On Android: Press the power button and the volume down button at the same time. On some devices this may look slightly different — if it doesn't work, try searching "screenshot" in your phone's settings.
On a Mac: Press Shift + Command + 3 to capture the full screen. Your screenshot will save to your desktop.
On Windows: Open the Snipping Tool (search for it in your Start menu) to capture part or all of your screen. You can then save or copy the image.
Saving ConnectWell as a shortcut
On most devices you can save ConnectWell to your home screen so it opens like an app. On iPhone, tap the Share icon in Safari and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the three dots in Chrome and select Add to Home Screen. On desktop, look for an install icon in your browser's address bar.
