ConnectWell is Lives Lived Well’s new free digital service to help you with a range of mental health and alcohol and other drug challenges. It’s free to access: you just need an internet connection and a computer, mobile, or tablet.

Flexible support

ConnectWell complements our other in-person and telehealth services, giving you access to tailored, flexible support. Get help and information at a time that suits you.

Online treatment resources

After signing up and giving us some information about how we can help you, you’ll immediately gain access to treatment resources, ranging from wellbeing articles and videos to online clinical modules. Standard check-in surveys (like Outcome Measures) are also available through ConnectWell, so you can complete them at a time and pace that suits you.

Feel connected at all points

We tailor content for you, based on the information you’ve given us. This gives you the chance to get support and stay connected while you’re waiting to start one of our other programs. Or, the flexibility of an online program may suit you.

How do I start?

ConnectWell is currently open to a small group of clients in its pilot period. This is so that we can ensure that the tools and information it offers is useful and valuable.

I’m registered, what happens next?

1. If you’re a current client of ours, we’ll ask you to check your recent check-in surveys (Outcome Measures) to see if they’re up to date. If you’re a new client, we’ll ask you to complete a series of surveys so we can make sure we’re connecting you to the right support.
2. Once you’re signed up, you’ll get instant access to wellbeing, mental health, and alcohol and other drug tools, articles, and resources.

Do I need a referral to sign up to ConnectWell?

Currently, ConnectWell is open only to people in a small pilot group in Brisbane. We've opened the service to a small group initially so we can trial this new method of online delivery, and learn more about how we can improve it. We'll be opening ConnectWell up to more people in 2025; you can sign up to our information mailing list here to register your interest in ConnectWell, and to get more updates.
