Here's how it works:

Savouring helps us be present, by focusing on the details of positive experiences. You can even reflect on past experiences by bringing them back to life in your mind.

In this module, you’ll also have a try at connecting deeply with your present moment. You can do this by trying mindful breathing, or focusing on what you hear, smell or feel.

Use this module to explore your natural need for novelty, brainstorm some things you’ve always wanted to try, or something that could really shake up your comfort zone. Extreme sports? A solo trip? Switching up your personal style? The options are endless!

Finally, you’ll have the chance to think about a future activity you’re excited about. Practicing delaying gratification can also prolong the enjoyment of these moments.
